Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors and your local postal office. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days, and we will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Your Customer Service Email within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photos of the damaged product and packaging to assist you.
