Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Optimum Solution Retail! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a simple, fair return and refund process.
1. Returns Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the product meets the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
✔ Be returned within the 30-day return period
✔ Be unused, in the same condition you received it
✔ Include original packaging, accessories, and all components
✔ Not be marked “Final Sale” on the product page
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons:
❌ Opened personal care products (e.g., skincare, beard oil, serums)
❌ Intimate apparel
❌ Perishable items
❌ Clearance or promotional items marked “No Return”
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return:

Go to your Order History on our store

Click Request Return

Choose the item and reason for return

Submit your request
Once approved, we’ll email you a return label and instructions.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
6. Exchanges
If you want the same product in a different size or color, select Exchange when submitting your return request. We’ll ship the new item once the original item is received.
7. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or the wrong item:
✔ Contact us within 7 days of delivery
✔ Include photos of the packaging and damage
We will send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
